The practice of hunting using a bow and arrow on skis has been handed down from prehistoric rock paintings in the far north. Can a walk in the forest really serve as therapy and promote health & recovery? Yes indeed: when done correctly so called “forest bathing” can be all of this and more, lifting team spirit and serving as a setting for a memorable event. 

Hochjoch Totale – that is the name of the sunrise special on the Alpila ridge with a ski run covering 1,700 metres. At this time of day, the piste is as virginal as the day itself, watching the sun rise above the ridge is breathtakingly beautiful, and breakfast awaits you in the chapel restaurant at the end of the run.
