The Kunsthaus Bregenz is one of the most important museum buildings in the world when it comes to contemporary architecture. The newly constructed cooperative cheese cellar in Lingenau is home to 32,000 cheeses. A visit to the cheese – which matures for between four and 18 months – constitutes an impressive walk through the storeroom at 10.5°C.
