An impressive ensemble of glass, wood, craftsmanship and architecture has been the centrepiece of the village of Mellau since 2018. The 300 year old wood used to build the Alp-Gasthof gives the whole building warmth. It features naturally produced foods from the region, such as the famous alpine cheese made from the extremely happy cows.

The fate of the old Löwensaal in Hohenems was precarious for a while, however, since its redevelopment, it now has a delightful venue for up to 300 people.
