Tempel 74 is an extraordinary place for concentrated work flows because two buildings that offer the sensitivity and independent character for which the Bregenzerwald is famous offer the potential to produce quality work.
The spacious Temple 74 is located right next to the famous Naze Hus and comprises two buildings with soul: one is a modern new building, the other the faithful reconstruction of a house built in the traditions of the local rural craftspeople. Ten apartments and, among other things, a lounge that’s available for productive meetings with up to 10 participants are to be found behind the façade. The lounge is the perfect place for all sorts of uninterrupted presentations, workshops and team-building events. Mellau with its cable car to the skiing and hiking area also constitute a perfect starting point for many sporting activities across all of the landscape forms that the Bregenzerwald has to offer. And it’s always possible to take a walk in the village to blow away the cobwebs. The Tempel itself also boasts a sauna, a library and a cosy fireplace with canapés for taking some time out.
Still room for some group activities? How about a personal architectural tour by architect, host and master builder Jürgen Haller? After all, Tempel 74 was the winner of the 8th Hypo Bauherrenpreis and won a German Design Award in the category of "Excellent Architecture – Architecture". The guided tours represent an entrance point into the concept for visitors.
