He has put an end to the myth that barbecuing is an activity only for the summer. He’s won many fans among barbecue enthusiasts with his unique recipes for barbecuing in winter. He doesn’t only share his knowledge in his books and various barbecue shows on television but also in his barbecuing courses. A varied accompanying programme for meetings, conferences and workshops where participants learn the basics of barbecuing and a variety of other techniques. The barbecue master also reveals how the ingredients can best be combined to achieve great taste. The focus is always on the valuable ingredients used for the different dishes that all the participants prepare together.
